Vodafone were invited to showcase their view of the ‘art of the possible’ for blue light services as a result of new technologies such as 5G, IoT and MPN. Get it right and, not only would it add value to their existing customer relationship, it would open up the opportunity to bid for a significantly wider range of services. Differentiated created a structure for the session that would enable Vodafone to explore the impacts of the new technology directly in context to world in which the blue light services work, delivered via interactive workshop content.
