Softcat have c.9,500 customers, predominantly across UK&I. As such, finding ways to engage with them in a more in-depth and personalised way across multiple stakeholder levels can be a logistical challenge. Differentiated created the concept of Softcat Labs.
Softcat Labs is a new way to engage using different mediums, including digital for small to large audience volumes; self-service experiences; and face-to-face problem solving sessions. The key is that it offers a choice of engagement for the customer and allows them, and Softcat, to explore and solve requirements together.
